With reference to the complaint lodged I am given to understand that corrective measures have been initiated. Please continue your patronage. The following is the text of the mail as I have received from CSD. IOB.

Dear Sir

We're extremely sorry for the sentiments/feelings expressed in your below mail and share your concern. We have already advised our Regional Office, Tuticorin to take necessary corrective steps to improve the situation.

We shall once again ask them to expedite the process on the issue. Pls bear with us for a while, and in the meantime we request you to continue your valuable clientele with our bank/branch. You will hear from our Br/RO shortly in this regard. We once again very sincerely regret for all the inconveniences caused to you in this connection.
